Francesca Saraullo
Brussels-based performer and independent artist, Francesca Saraullo works across the boundaries of performing arts, dance and video since 2012. Focusing on the ordinary, memory and imagination, she investigates the limit between reality and fiction. In her creative process, she integrates the somatic practice of Danza Sensibile ® to look for a new way of the choreography, to refine the perceptual nature of the dance and to go deeply in the state of the presence. Her works are presented in Belgium, France, Italy, Malta, Greece, Spain and Portugal. She collaborates with others artists and institutions: Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, Theater Tartaar, School van Gaasbeek & Q02, Isabella Soupart, Jasmin Schaitl & William “Bilwa” Costa, Maya Dalinsky, Gisela Fantacuzzi, Carolina Van Eps, Chrysanthi Badeka; as well with several international collective realities (Barumbara collective, TempStudio, arTeaLter, …).
